Staying in Ketosis can be an everyday challenge, but it doesn’t have to be. For me, I’ve found ways to stop cravings on Keto. These tricks allow me to stay in ketosis without giving into temptations.
This advice works for anyone starting on the Keto Diet or trying to stay the course. Use some of my hacks to stay strong and avoid falling off the “Keto Wagon”.

Salt + water is the best. Black coffee is okay too.
